A Bylaws committee made up of one Board Member and 4 Hamlet residents reviewed our current bylaws and proposed an update to the Board of Directors at the February business meeting. The Board of Directors approved their changes and added a few more and now are presenting the proposed changes to the rest of the community.
The new recommended Bylaws will be read at the March Town Hall Meeting and a vote to implement will take place at a later date to be announced. The current bylaws and proposed changes are attached.
